Uma das melhores formas de começar um blog de gastronomia, é falando de uma das coisas que São Paulo tem de melhor no mundo, não, não viajamos o mundo inteiro. Eu ainda não atravessei a fronteira… rs, ela já, mas de acordo com relatos de pessoas viajadas, nós temos uma das melhores pizzas do mundo, se não a melhor…
O lugar que vamos falar fica no meio da Vila Madalena e se chama Mística Pizza. Infelizmente como marinheiros de primeira viagem nós nos esquecemos de tirar fotos, mas pegamos uma do site deles. O lugar é bem confortável it o atendimento é bem amigável. No cardápio tem algumas pizzas diferentes, nós arriscamos por meia Shambo, (Mussarela, palmito em rodelas, alho-poró refogado na manteiga e tomate seco) e meia Maya (peito de peru, mussarela, catupiry e cebolinha) e adoramos. A massa integral dá um sabor diferente, mas para melhor, além de aliviar a consciência no sentido de estarmos sendo mais saudáveis… Para beber pedimos refrigerantes, mas queremos voltar lá para provar as cervejas artesanais deles. Para finalizar pedimos uma pizza doce pequena de chocolate com morangos, e ficamos um pouco decepcionados, porque o recheio não tinha muito gosto e o que dava pra sentir era mais o gosto da massa integral.

One of the best ways to start a gastronomy blog, is to talk about one of the things that São Paulo has of best in the world… no, we haven’t traveled the world, I’ve never even crossed the border… She had, but according to reports of several people that travels a lot, we do have one of the best pizzas in the world, if not the best…
The place we will talk about is in the moddle of Vila Madalena and is named Mística Pizza. Unfortunately as first journey sailors, we forgot to take pictures, but we took a picture from their website. The place is comfortable and it has a super friendly and helpful service. In the menu, some pizzas are a bit different, we ventured ourselves for half Shambo, (mozzarella, palm in slice, leeks braised in butter and dried tomatoes) and half Maya (turkey breast, mozzarella, catupiry and chives) and we loved it. The wholegrain pasta gives a little different taste, but for good, besides relieving the conscience in the sense that we are being healthier… To drink we had soft drinks, but we want to go back there to prove their craft beers. To finish we asked for a small sweet pizza of strawberries and chocolate, and we were a bit disappointed, because the filling was a bit tasteless and the strongest taste was the pasta.
